During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.
Coaching is a form of development where a coach supports a client in achieving specific goals by evoking awareness that affects change and providing training and guidance. I take an "East meets West" approach by integrating Five Element Theory, a TCM practice based on the five elements - Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. Although I'm the coach, you set the pace by determining the focus for each session. I facilitate by asking thought-provoking questions to raise your awareness and set goals for lasting change. Appointments are typically virtual.
